    • Předpřipravené databáze / Pre-prepared databases

      The following databases downloaded from ZINC15 are available:

      • world - drugs approved by FDA, EMEA and other world authorities 
      • natural-products-drug-like - secondary plant metabolites compliant to Ro5 (drug-like)

      The ZIP files contain multiple versions of the databases. Please note that for pharmacophore searching, you need the version with pre-generated conformers (designated as conf-out).

    • Final project - protocol File

      Please use this template to report on your final project. Rename the file to contain your name and the current year. Send via email as either DOCX of PDF file.
