The Direct Method

your observation sheet is really thought-out. The key words are on the top of the sheet so anyone can easily get an idea of this method. What is interesting is how you wrote the points into questions.
I like that one of your points is about correct pronunciation being emphasized by the teacher. It is really important point for this method. I also like how you add activity from the lesson to each point. That will help you to remember it even in a few years.
It is nice that you found both advantages and disadvantages in this method. I totally agree with you, mainly with the point question-answer exchange. You are right, it may not be enjoyable for the whole class.
