I am used to doing my 20 minutes workout every day. There are many exercises for abs and squads. I don’t like youtube videos besause I find the girl training in the video annoyng after some while :D

I used to go to a pool in Benešov where I lived before. Since I have lived in Prague I have gone to the Olšanka Hotel where is public pool too and it is located near my apartment.

It might seems that I am disciplined person but I don’t feel that way. I just have strong will.
I used to hate cardio but during the quarantine I’ve started with running and I enjoy it. However I prefer weight training and some home workouts :).

I can say I enjoyed the most the time I used go to the gym. I am quite sad I lost my discipline and motivation. However now is the best time to start with something new :)

In my opinion everybody should do what they like and feel comfortable in. If somebody doesn't like doing sports maybe he can just try going on walks.
