    • Aims

      The aim of this course is to learn the basics of bioinformatics data, mainly gene and protein sequences, their formats, database retrieval, comparison, similarity searches, and related topics.
       

      The lectures will be in the computer study room (S2250)

      credit: 

      attendance requirement (8/10) + compulsory homeworks: ¨HW" from each lecture.

      exam: 

      "written" by computer, 2 sets of 5 tasks (1hour/ submitted via Moodle)
