Grading Scheme

1) Homework (40%)

Complete four courses on the DataCamp platform. Progress is measured using experience points (XP).

100% completion is achieved by earning the total maximum XP available across the selected courses.

Any XP lost during the course of progress may be compensated by completing an additional task on the platform.

Failure to meet established deadlines results in a 10% penalty.

2) Final Exam (60%)

The final examination task will be announced two weeks before the end of the semester

Students will work in pairs.

The required deliverables are:
i) a short written report (maximum 1200 words without bibliography) presenting the conceptual framework and the main findings (optional);
ii) the code and dataset necessary to enable full replication of the analysis; and
iii) an in‑person defence (with PPT) of the paper conducted during the official examination period.
