Ex2:  Find in Uniprot sequences of human NQO1 isoforms and align them. How many isofroms are there? Compare the alignment output to the description of each isoform, is it correct?

Download the FASTA formats of all three isoforms (either one at a time or together via "Basket")- directly
on the pages of this particular protein, in the "Sequence" section (can be jumped to directly from the panel on the left). Compare these isoforms in one of the offered programs, e.g. Multalin.
