The presentation is about happiness and our attitude towards it. In the beginning the speaker talks about things that are commonly connected with the state of happiness, like a lot of money, big houses, nice cars etc. What he also talks about is the ability to wonder about the past, present and future, which he thinks has a big impact on our happiness. He is trying to prove this fact through an app he developed that monitors people's feelings throughout the day. He comes to the conclusion that mind-wandering is, in most cases, the main reason for unhappiness.
