Do you have some apps that monitor you movements? For example which count your staps or follow your running track?

Hi Anežka, I do have. When I go running I usually use Nike run club app. I am very satisfied with this app so if you like running, I recommend it to you.

Personally I don't use it much. I feel that getting information in real time is quite stress for me. I'd like to focus on my tempo of life. I know many functions of apps are amazingly effective but I prefer to live more by analog style.

Yes, I have. I go running once a week and it is nice to have some data about my runs. With Nike Running app I can see the history, rate and other characteristics of my runs.

No, I didn't. Actually I don't like feeling like I have to exercise at least few minutes, so that I've never downloaded some apps what you talk.

Yes, I have app from Garmin which name is ,,Connect" which shows information about my steps, heart rate, running trase and other things from my watches in my phone.
