I like your observation as it's colourful (that's typical for you) and you included the pros and cons at the end of your observation sheet.
I agree with all your keywords, but I would also add inductive learning, because I see it as the one of the most important feature of this method.
In terms of you observation sheet, I really like the way you described the T and Ss as actors and Ss are listeners and performers. I will write this to my observation sheet as well, because it's good way of describing their roles in the classroom. As I'm going through my observation sheet, I would add just one thing - storytelling and narrative language. It was also included in Adélka's nice lesson. :)
