your observation sheet is very well-organized. It is simple (in a good way) and you can find anything you are looking for.
We have very similar points so I agree with all of them.
I really like how many advantages and disadvantages you came up with. It seems that you really thought about it. I can see that you are not that much of a fan of this method because of the amount of disadvantages you have written but I feel the same. There are more disadvantages than advantages on my observation sheet, too.
