Work with "your" abbreviation and find human sequences (isoform 1 or A).

1) Find both accession numbers for "reference sequence" in NCBI and UniProt

2) Save your sequence in FASTA format.

3) Extract peptide from 10. - 50. amino acid.

4) Count the molecular weight of this (short) peptide.

5) How many cysteins are in your (whole) sequence?

All include in a word/pdf and submit.
