- The oral part will follow if
- a student wishes to improve their grade OR
- grader is unsure how to mark the exam (especially in cases of illegible texts, unclear wording) OR
- the exam was taken online.
- The oral part will be scheduled to follow the written part (typically on the same or next day), and may also take place online (via Zoom).
- You do not need to have credit ("zápočet") to take the exam, but you do need it before the exam.
- The capacity of the dates is based on current anti-covid guidelines (2m spacing between students).

Details about oral part
- After the exam is marked everyone will be offered a grade of 1-5 (via email through SIS).
- Your initials will be listed in the table. If you don't want others registered for the term to see your initials with your results, write your chosen pseudonym in clearly on your exam, I will list you in the table with this pseudonym.
- For students writing the exam in person, this grade may be the final grade, or you may improve it during the oral part by one grade -- i.e., a 4 can be improved to a 3, a 3 to a 2, a 2 to a 1, but a 5 is a fail for this term of the exam.
- Students writing the exam via Zoom must also attend the oral part (presumably also via Zoom).
- The oral part of the exam can be
- in person on the same day after you have finished marking, or
- via Zoom the following day
- For option 1 -- come to the test site at the designated time or email me (if no one shows up, I will be on site half an hour after the appointed time).
- For option 2 -- sign up in SIS for the oral exam date, the system will assign you a time. I will email you a link.
- If the time doesn't work for you, get in touch, we'll make arrangements. If you don't call me, I'll enter your exam grade the next day (no need to confirm the grade if you don't need it in the system immediately).
