Option 1: Zoom/MS Teams

Start a "meeting" on your own.
Share your presentation.
Start recording the meeting.
Go through your presentation.
Stop recording.

If you do not wish to share the video of yourself talking it is possible to disable the camera.

Option 2: Windows Game Bar

Access the Windows Game Bar by pressing “Windows Key + G”. You can record whatever is happenning on your sceen, accompanied by your voice.

Option 3:

You can use Powerpoint. It can record the timing of your presentation, accompanying narration, and also it enables you to use your mouse as a laser pointer. A manual on how to do that can be found in here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/record-a-slide-show-with-narration-and-slide-timings-0b9502c6-5f6c-40ae-b1e7-e47d8741161c

This 'show' (as they optimistically call it) can then be saved as a video file (Soubor -> Exportovat -> Vytvořit video).

The only catch is that you have to stop speaking in the moment you are going from one slide to another. That is when your voice is not recorded.

Alternatively

You can use any technologies you know. The only conditions I have are:

1) there has to be some visual support in the form of slides,

2) we need to hear you presenting,

3) the outcome is in some video format.

Note:

Make sure your voice is clearly understandable in the video!
