yes, there is a final oral exam. Roman Neruda will be the one giving the examTi, so he should be able to give more details.

PS: Generally, you should be able to find some basic information in the study system, e.g. for this subject, the information on https://is.cuni.cz/studium/eng/predmety/index.php?do=predmet&kod=NAIL025 says:

that means that there are 2 hours (twice 45 minutes) of lectures and 2 hours of seminars per week, and you need to get credit for the seminar (C) and there is a final exam (Ex).
