Read the short story and write a chose one of the following tasks:

(200 words minimum)

1. Write a letter to Niggle before his journey. What kind of information would be good for him to know? Is there something he should do better?

2. Write a letter to Mr. Parish before Niggle's journey. Is there something he should change before it is too late?

3. Describe briefly how the short story grasps the relationship between art and reality.

4. You are asked to give your feedback to Niggle's painting in order to determine its value. What is your answer?
