There is a growing demand for government institutions, organizations, and businesses across all sectors to demonstrate greater accountability, organization, and impact. As part of this demand, project management has been identified as one of the top skill areas for which non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are hiring (Devex, 2020). In this course students will learn essential PM principles, disciplines, and tools that are designed to ensure that organizations deliver quality products and/or services on time and on budget while managing the often-competing needs of governments, funders, and beneficiaries. Course is designed for for master's students.
