Every week we will focus on one of the topics related to media studies (topics can be changed or added according to your choice or preferences) followed by a discussion and teamwork. Special attention will be paid to aspects of academic English or more complex grammatical structures.
Topics to be explored: Media Classification, Old vs.New Media, Role of Media in Elections/Politics, Advertising, Media Effects, Media Literacy, Media Language and Metaphors, Ethical Journalism (Core Values of Journalism), Media Oligarchization, etc.
