    • Dear students,

      My name is Eva Dvořáková and this semester I will be your teacher of Legal English. For every class you will find a handout in Moodle. Please, make sure that you have the handout ready, either in printed form or electronically (but preferably not on your mobile phone). You will be required to attend the classes regularly and to take the final test in Moodle. The test will be open for 3 days, we will agree on the days during our first class. 

      An indicative overview of topics:

      2.      Legislation, division of law

      3.      Constitutional law, courts

      4.      Family law

      5.      Property, inheritance

      6.      Intellectual property

      7.      Contract law

      8.      Torts

      9.      Employment law

      10.  Company law

      11.  Criminal law

      12.  EU law

    • Final test in Moodle - to be open from 24 April until 17 May.  for 3 full days, approx. 30 min., 15 May - 17 May.

    • The last class of Legal English will take place on 23 April. The classes on 30 April, 7 May, and 14 May will be cancelled.

      The Moodle test will be available from 24 April until 17 May.
