- Aim: To identify and analyse the effectiveness of communication tools in a real environment.
- How to:
- Select a local destination (e.g. a popular tourist spot in the city).
- Analyse signage, information boards, availability of information, accessibility for foreign tourists (e.g. translations), don't forget the web.
- Finally, suggest what could be improved to make communication more effective.
