The presentation is about the negative health and psychological effects of sleep deprivation. The speaker explains what happens to your brain if you do not sleep enough and the health risks related to that - for example less ability to learn, weakened immunity or the higher risk of cancer. He also provides some tips on how to increase the quality of your sleep.

He is a very good speaker, his pronunciation is clear and he makes pauses so you can process what you heard. He uses a lot of similes to explain complicated things. Apart from that he uses humor to keep the audience’s attention.
