This is not really a question but more a note.
"how war make states and vice versa". I think that in the 17th century war and state have changed, they are different from the past. The way of making war is completely diferent. We use new weapons, new tactics ... But also the way of how to direct the states. I mean now, the king or emperor is not a warrior anymore but a political leader, not on the battle field anymore.
But at the same time making war still important to make a state important (when you win territories for example). It is a sort of legitimisation of the politics so the construction of the state.
