SWOT analysis

Imagine: It's 2026 and a new principal has arrived at the school where you work. You want to convince him that the school needs to be transformed towards sustainability. The headmaster asks you for a SWOT analysis so he can think about your idea better.

Do a SWOT analysis of the "sustainable school". (At least 7 points in each box.) You incorporate what you have learned this semester. Use the concepts you have learned, use the ideas that came to mind and that we have discussed.
I will be checking to see if you have sufficiently demonstrated the knowledge you have gained in the SWOT analysis.
