Final exam

Note to grading: Both midterm and final consist of three parts – theoretical questions picked-up from a set available to you in advance + computational examples + empirical examples. You are required to get at least 2 points from each part, otherwise your overall score multiplies by zero. Hence, it is not recommended to skip any part of tests.
