the seminar scheduled for Group A for 8th March shall shift from 9:30 to 17:00. The other terms of lectures and seminars keep unchanged.
I apologize for any inconvenience that might be caused by this shift (indirectly caused by the stricter government measures to combat the pandemic in the Czech Republic).
Read the readings first. Once you become acquainted with major thoughts in the text you may start answering the questions in the quiz.
On 22nd February I had a lecture instead of a seminar (none of the students signed up for this date with his/her presentation). The lecture debates problems of Class 1 - Constitutions and Constitutionalism which I did not discuss at the very first class. After a couple of clarifying thoughts and communication with students, you can watch the video lecture. The presentation has already been attached.
I expect that all the upcoming lectures will be shared with you in this way.
Taking the on-line exam, students honestly confirm that they shall fill out the exam independently and completely without the assistance of third parties.

Please upload your course papers no later than 15th June. Students who have already presented their presentations in seminars are not obliged to do this.
