The course will start with basic information on the process of the European integration after the Second World War, institutional structure and decision-making in the European Union and continue with the development of information and communication policy of the European Communities/European Union which is implemented along three lines: communicating the European Union to citizens, building information society and research and development in information and communication technologies.
